Description
Amazing circa 1928 Art Deco sterling sliver cocktail ring that was sold by Sears and Robuck Co in their 1928 catalog. The last photo shows a page from that catalog, the ring can be seen in the top right box at top left. A large central rhinestone is accented by two small stones and simulated sapphire accents made of some type of resin. Elaborate floral and geometric detail, open filigree and wheat detail on the shoulders. Stamped Sterling. Please view photos and read entire description and policies before purchasing!
Rare 1920s art deco rhinestone ring and great wearable collectible.
Measurements: Ring is size 7. Central rhinestone is 5 mm small stones are 2 mm, rises 7 mm. Weight is 3.9 grams.
Condition: Good condition with slight wear to the silver, detail is very crisp. Central stone is a modern replacement that looks like a pale champagne CZ. Small stones are original and have some darkening and surface chips seen with magnification. Surface wear to the resin faux sapphires can be seen on close inspection.
Condition scale:
Excellent: light wear such as surface scratches, patina from age, very slight smoothing of detail
