Description
Beautiful circa 1960s to 70s 14k solid gold brooch in the form of a leaf, or perhaps a bat wing. Beautiful semi abstract modernist design in rich yellow gold. Very sculptural with engraved lines radiating out to the edge. From a Danish family estate. Stamped 585 and HS.
Measurements: Measures approx. 2 5/8 inches in length and 5/8 in width. Weighs 3.3 grams.
Condition: Very good condition with surface scratches and some patina, should polish up very well. Rollover safety clasp works perfectly. Slight bend on front above where the safety clasp is attached (on right in photo 1).

Excellent: light wear such a surface scratches, patina from age, very slight smoothing of detail
Very Good: moderate wear such as scratches, fleabites or nicks to stones when inspected closely
Good: obvious wear such as dents, heavy detail wear and minor damage – wearable without repairs
Fair: heavy wear and/or damage that needs to be repaired for the piece to be worn
